If I want to send a message to perhaps, 3 friends, I would have to repeat the process three times.
However, it would be easier for a player to send a single message to such three people at once.
Here is a suggestion of how it would look like. A person would type the names of the people he/she would like to send. If a player goes through a player’s profile to send a message, the name would automatically be in there, and the player can add in other player’s names as well.
So while this sounds neat in a perfect world, the obvious issue is here is an increased rate of spamming. I’m not really sure how to get around that.
There is already a system in place to limit the amount of PMs that can be sent. You are only allowed to send a certain amount of PMs in a certain time period, although that can be increased to prevent/lessen the “free robux [insert suspicious link here]”.
If you were spammed in the event this was added, Account Settings > Accept multi-target PMs > Friends Only.

and bam, you’ve avoided all spam related problems. When multiple messages are sent out, the message comes with a little icon or something letting you know it’s been sent to multiple people, if the sender ticked the box you wouldn’t be able to reply, and you have a prompt to unfollow/ unfriend the person if their messages bother you.

Selecting from a drop-down menu of…
a) the rank of a group or
b) a group entirely
would probably be pretty awesome, too.

And a button to unsubscribe from them so you don’t receive them regardless

Account Settings > Accept Multi-Target PMs > Off / Friends / Friends, Following / Friends, Following, and Followers / All Users
Just to be concise with all of the other settings. And, of course, blocked users couldn’t send PMs to you.
