Sending group ally requests gives blank green message box

Reproduction Steps
Browser: Firefox Version 97.0

Go to your group page.
Go the configure page.
Go to affiliates.
Press “Send Ally Request”
Send an ally request to a group.

Expected Behaviour

Would possibly show a message like “Sent ally request to (Group).”

Actual Behaviour

The message is completely blank.
