Alliance Information
- Your group must contain professional logos, and graphical interfaces.
- Your group must be a type of Shopping Malls, Cafes, Juicery, Ice Cream Bar, Creamery etc!
- Your group must at least have 50+ members or more. This applies for roblox and discord.
- You must provide us atleast 2 representatives.
- You must send Serenity Dentist’s announcements and events.
Department Details
Employment Department
This department handles all hiring-related tasks. From reviewing applications to interviewing and onboarding, they make sure we bring in the right people. If you’re organized, good at communication, and can spot potential in others, this is for you. You’ll also help manage staff activity and keep track of performance. It’s a solid choice if you like being involved in the core of the team and helping maintain structure across the board.
Corporates Department
The corporate overseer makes sure interns are doing their tasks and acting right. If someone’s being unprofessional, this team will step in. There will also be a handbook that explains how corporates are supposed to act and what happens if they don’t.
Communications Department
Handles alliances, events, and how we interact with other groups. They need to plan at least 3 events a week to keep things active. They will also collaborate with our allies make forms for voting or nominations. There will be a separate handbook for this department too, with punishments and step-by-step guides for interns; covering how to run events, manage tickets, and all the other stuff. The lead will also make an internship program with the overseer’s help.
Leadership Department
Handles overall leadership. Keeps an eye on all staff below Group Manager & makes sure they are staying on track, doing their jobs, and everything’s running smoothly. This a team that works behind the scenes for the higher-ranked staff.
