Serenova is an apparel and accessory group re-established on 3/09/2025 by zycuei. Our overall mission is to create authentic, distinctive, and unique clothing while also creating a positive enviornment where everyone can feel included. It’s time to break free from the personal and societal limitations that are put on you. It’s time to shop at Serenova.

| Respect. You should always treat everyone in the group with respect; disrespect or bullying will not be permitted and will result in consequences.

| Explicit Language. We do allow mild swearing but under no circumstances can you direct it towards anybody else. Slurs will also not be tolerated and will be treated seriously.

| Racism/Discrimination. Any sort of racism or discrimination will not be tolerated by us. This covers any behavior, such as phrases or messages. No one should be subjected to discrimination based on factors including race, sexuality, religion, or gender. We do ask that you respect the seriousness with which this offense will be treated seriously.

| Online dating/affairs. Even if it’s just a joke, any online relationships must stay outside of Serenova. This is not tolerable, and appropriate action will be taken.

| Self Promotion/Advertising. This will not be tolerated and will have consequences. This includes sending invites in DMs.

| Links. We vehemently disallow any links received through any channels. This applies to server invites, website links, video links, etc.

| DOXing. Even with permission, you are not permitted to disclose any private or confidential information about you or other people. This will have serious implications because it raises the possibility of legal issues.

| Spam/Flooding. You are not permitted to flood in any way or spam any chats. If done it will result into an immediate ban.

| Loopholes. Just because a rule isn’t listed, doesn’t mean you can’t recieve consequence for a certain action. Use common sense!
Homestore Guidelines/Offenses
For our homestore, we have two types of offenses management and executive members will base their supervision on. Low Offense and High Offense. Descriptions on both offenses will be listed below.
Low Offense: This offense regards any type of behavior that mildly effects someone’s shopping experience. For example, disrespect, immaturity, inapropriateness, etc. These types of behavior will most likely result in a warning and then a kick from the homestore if continued.
High Offense: This type of offense regards in any type of behavior that strongly effects someone’s or the entire servers’ shopping experience. For example, discrimination, inappropriateness, death threats, and exploiting are all considered high offense. If these behaviors are displayed, it will result in an immediate ban or pban from the homestore.
With both these types of offenses and examples listed, make sure you also follow ROBLOX TOS while at our homestore. We aren’t responsible if your account gets revoked playing our game.
Rank Descriptions
Community: A member of our public ROBLOX group. We deeply value our community and want to give them the best shopping experience!
Noted Member: Individuals who have pledged their royalty to Serenova by contributing something to our group. Our Leadership Team hand-picked these people themselves.
Industry Icon: Notable members of our community. These members could be anyone and are hand-picked. If you were given this role, feel flattered, you’re an icon!
Affiliate Representative: Representatives of our alliances. They work closely with the Relations Department to ensure everything is running smoothly on both groups.
Clothing Designer: People who design clothing for our group! They are commissioned to make us pieces of clothing and are a huge contribution to Serenova.
Management Intern: Management Intern is the first management rank. This rank is usually earned through passing our strict management applications that are released bi-monthly. These members are currently going through a certification trial to progress to the next rank.
Sales Assistant: People who have successfully passed their trial and officially became a certified management member. This rank is allowed to supervise and assist at homestore shifts. Along with these abilities, they are able to kick trollers from the game.
Fashion Supervisor: Fashion Supervisors have officially gained our trust and moved passed the Sales Assistant Rank. They’re allowed to host, co-host, supervise, and assist at homestore shifts. Along with these abilities, they are able to kick and ban people from the game. Our supervisors are also permitted to host community events for our community.
Homestore Manager: This rank is the final management rank. These individuals have climbed to the very top of the beginning of their journey and is finally ready to take on bigger responsibility. They’re allowed to host, co-host, supervise, and assist at homestore shifts. Along with these abilities, they are able to kick, ban, and pban people from the game. Our Homestore Managers are permitted to host community events, participate in our communication server’s daily activity, and host giveaways.
Executive Intern: These people have been promoted from Homestore Manager and are taking a training with a designated mentor to start their executive journey. Each Executive Intern has the choice of a department and within the training, they’re trying to see which one fits them best.
Relations Department (Relations Board and Head of Relations): Our relations department handles everything that has to do with our public connections and appearance with other groups. They handle alliance inquiries, payout claiming, and conduct community events within our group and outside of Serenova.
Marketing Department (Marketing Board and Head of Marketing): This department handles our group’s marketing. They create videos and advertisements to raise member count, conduct the awareness channel, create our magazines, and they are the producers of our “Model of the Week” program. Everything they do attracts other players.
Operations Department (Operations Board and Head of Operations): This department is the underlying operations of our group. They manage all the staff related buisness including processing applications, overseeing promotions, and handling consequences/reports. They ensure the team is running smoothly without any conflicts.
Development Team: People who have contributed to something massive within Serenova and is interested in working full-time with us. These people have shown dedication to Serenova whether it’s building, scripting, 3D modeling, or graphic designing the restaurant.
Co-Owner: This rank is only available to one hand-picked person by the Owner. They’re in charge of overseeing all the departments, the management team, and the community as a whole. This person has a great amount of power and contributes to Serenova tremendously. They’re willing to make sure everything is running smoothly and is a big part in Serenova’s success.
Owner: The Owner of Serenova. This rank is in charge of overseeing all the departments, the management team, and the community. The Owner is in charge of hiring developers to develop Serenova and works on the developmental side of the group.

Frequently Asked Questions
Q) When do Management Applications come out?
A) At this point in our community, applications come out when we feel the need to since there aren’t many members yet. Once we grow in Discord and ROBLOX members we will release them every other month.
Q) Are you hiring developers?
A) DM the owner what you do and your portfolio. We aren’t actively looking for developers but if your work is very notable, we will consider you.
