Server migration not shutting down old servers after 1 day of trying

Game: Super Skyward Towers - Roblox

System info: 11th Gen Intel(R) Core™ i7-11700F

Browser: Google Chrome

We updated our game yesterday and have tried migrating our players to the new version, 3 times now. No matter how many times we try to migrate, our largest and oldest servers will not shut down.

Steps to repro are simple, we clicked “migrate to latest update,” and after waiting numerous hours, players still did not migrate.

Expected behavior

Usually players are migrated to the new version of the game pretty quickly, but it has been impossible to migrate players to newer servers as of trying yesterday and today.

Have you tried it since noon PDT (1 hour ago)? I’m tracking the issue as part of another dev-forum report. If you notice migration being broken as of now, please chime in on the other thread.
