Services area really slow, building menu loads infinitely and players cant build

Reproduction Steps
I have been getting reports since today that the building menu loads infinitely and players cant play my game because of it.

It appears that the services that handle stuff like gamepasses do not respond ingame.

The jetpack is a paid product but it cant verify whether its owned by the user so it appears as red.

In studio everything loads just fine.

Expected Behavior
The building menu to load correctly and the gamepass service to not go down ingame only.

Actual Behavior
The building menu loads infinitely causing players to be unable to build.

Can confirm, I’ve had several developers report similar issues w/gamepass related functions not operating correctly.

The only issue displayed atm is about the memory store service, thats not what this issue is about.
For some reason since today there are weird UI glitches and services failing infinitely.

This issue is still happening and the playercount is dropping because of it.

Every call to check if a user owns a gamepass errors
The high impact on our game is due to poor implementation on our end, but that is still a huge issue for us causing us to lose a lot of revenue and dropped our playercount from 300+ to below 50

It hasn’t happened in around 15 minute according to the server logs on trenches.

You’ll want to shut the game down before things gets bad.
Planes Crazy is like a very similar game to BABFT, the build save is important. Make sure to inform the players not to build before the bugs are fixed.
