Setting to enable/use camera not available/not showing up

Hello. I have still not yet for some reason received the feature to turn on/use a camera in my settings.
I have tried checking up on this on my alt account aswell, and the setting does appear on there.

I have been having this issue for a while and it’s not been fixed automatically. So it still has yet to appears so I would like to ask if this issue can be fixed in any way?

I’ve been having this exact problem too.
I checked my alt account and I have the camera feature but I don’t appear to have it on my main account.
I assumed it would fix itself after a while but it has not.

I am also wondering if this could be fixed.
