Setting VideoFrame's Video to nonexistent "rbxtemp://" file causes instant crash to desktop

Setting the Video property of a VideoFrame to an “rbxtemp://####” file that doesn’t exist will immediately cause a crash to desktop upon attempting to load it.
(Note: invalid files that do exist, such as images, do not cause a crash, also tested without plugins enabled)
This was first found a few hours ago and seems to crash every time.
