This is one of my first main UI’s I’ve made, It’s a concept made for my UI Designer that I’ve hired. I think I really outdid myself on it, and I’m interested on hearing what the developer forum thinks!

I don’t think you even need a UI designer at this point lol

There is a lot of misalignment and a lot of issues with padding.

The design looks good. But the alignment is not proper. You have done mistakes in aligning the UI.
