Expected behavior

• The Slime Cape should be correctly positioned and the clipping should be fixed.

• The Chilly Winter Wizard Hat should have the parts balanced.

• Cloud Messenger Bag should have the missing area fixed.

I noticed slime cape a little bit ago and it looks like its for the roblox boy bundle (does not clip with it) which at the time it was made a lot of people were using, would still like to see it updated though
