Shader texture and transparency problems

this is my first post so sorry i guess

i have some models i want to use, but when i imported them they didn’t have the textures, i placed them again with decals but they were too blurry and didn’t have transparency, i’m not to worried about the blurry or transparency stuff since i think i remember seeing a soultion, the thing i’m worried the most is the textures with the flat colors, i tried messing with the light but it didn’t look completely flat even with that, plus i wanted to add other models that had different art styles and i guess editing the light would affect them too ¿is it posible to have my models look like they are in blender?

For the Textures and transparency you will need a UV map! And since you have large blocks of color there is a way that will make the textures always crisp even on lower graphics settings!

For the shading…have you tried using the Shade Smooth option in Blender? (it should come up when you right click a mesh in object mode)
