Shadows Disappearing On Leaves Way Too Fast

I use Meshes with SurfaceAppearances for Leaves.

They all have CollsionFidelity set to “Default.”
I’ve also tested it in Hull and PreciseConvexDecomposition. I haven’t used Box because it removes shadows entirely and always makes my leaves do this.

When I move away from my trees, some shadows disappear and it makes the leaves look very plasticy.

This can also be seen when looking at the trees from very far away, which is fine, but I still don’t know why it can happen so close and so randomly as well.

How can I fix this? Is this simply because of the size of the trees?

I think its voxel lighting because thats give wrong shadows to the trees

My game is on ShadowMap, but I’ve heard that the lighting switches to a Voxel equivalent when far enough away. Is that what you think it is?

Have you tried setting render fidelity to precise?

Yes, and it unfortunately doesn’t fix it. I think RenderFidelity only affects the actual level of detail of the mesh but not the lighting.

That’s normal. As you get further away shadows will not render, and the lighting to voxel, exclusively on graphics level 4 or higher.
