Shadows problem

Hi,
I have a problem with shadows. When light is high (as in the screen below) the shadow is very choppy, low quality and barely visible.

However when I move the light lower, shadow appears and it is in good quality.

Additionally any shadow options in the lighting properties doesn’t seem to work (like ShadowSoftness, Global Shadows etc.)

I appreciate any help.

I made this post a bit back talking about roblox shadow. Sadly it’s something we can only complain about. Roblox's hilariously bad shadow system - #3 by caonhat1

The problem is that on other places problem isn’t here, everything is fine.
