Presidential Introduction:
Hello and Welcome to Shakes! We’re an up and coming restaurant group designated in America. We have many opportunities for people to rise the ranks, or to order some delicious food at our restaurant.

We hope to establish a great group. We hope to see you achieving accomplishments.

Guidelines

The guidelines are listed are separated into three categories.

Staff
  • Grammar and Punctuation is optional for lower-ranking staff members. Shift Leaders are required to use grammar and punctuation to receive upvotes. Management are required to use grammar and punctuation at all times.

  • Staff may give 2 warnings for any customer that breaks the rules. A reminder, a verbal warning, then a moderator shall be contacted after they receive a warning.

  • Staff may only issue warnings that are valid as listed in the general rules.

  • Staff aren’t allowed to warn other staff members, unless it is given by Management+

  • Greetings may not be disrespectful or inappropriate.

  • Point Cheating or Point Grinding is forbidden, if someone is caught point cheating they’ll receive a permanent termination (no possibility of rehiring).

  • Staff are allowed to serve other staff members, as long as they aren’t on the Cashiers or Chef team.

  • Shift Leaders must receive 8 upvotes from five different people from our Management or Executive team, to be promoted to Management Intern.

  • Information about a user’s upvotes is not to be public, if any information is public, the user will have their upvotes reset, and we will punish anyone who leaked that information.

  • Staff must complete each task to the best of their ability, if a staff member requires assistance, they may do so with the help command, or with another staff member.

  • If a staff member requires to go AFK, they must have someone to take over, the user should only be AFK for at most 8 minutes before being kicked off the team.

  • Anyone up to and including Shift Leaders can’t supervise as a Cashier or Customer.

  • Management Interns can supervise with a General Manager+ (aka their Mentor).

  • All Information about ranking in Management+ is forbidden from being given or leaked.

  • All information about activity quota is forbidden from being given or leaked.

  • Any Information we shall forbid from being given or leaked could be undocumented on the guidelines.

Admin
  • Admin Abuse is forbidden. We will be having logs of all admin commands that are dangerous commands, or target more than one person. Some Commands may fail if we forbid it

  • Admins can’t delete posts from Senior Vice President+

  • Admins can only kick for valid reasons, such as succeeding 3 warnings, bypassing, hacking, glitching, continuing to wear disruptive avatars, offensive usernames or display names, or repeat offenses.

  • Admins can not

General
  • All of Roblox Terms of Service and other Guidelines apply here.

  • Users swearing or bypassing is prohibited and will be punished.

  • Users wearing disruptive avatars have 2 minutes to change before being kicked.

  • Users trolling or disrupting operation is prohibited and will be punished.

  • Users hacking or exploiting, or glitching will be banned.

  • Users can’t impersonate staff members, other players, roblox staff, youtubers (not including themself), or administrative figures.

  • Users can’t receive refunds unless a product doesn’t grant their benefits correctly. Refunds may take time to be paid out.

  • Users can submit and cancel orders but may not cancel an order repeatedly as seen is disruption to operation.


Ranks

Customer: These people are members of the group that don’t have any official staff role in the group. They may visit the Quiz Center to become a Trainee.

Noted Customer: These people are either allied officials, retired management or executives, or friends of Skyranis. These customers are the same as regular customers.

Trainee: These people have passed the Quiz Center application and now are awaiting training to be Cashiers.

Low Ranks

Cashier: These people work behind the register in assisting customers with submitting an order to the chefs.

Experienced Cashier: These people are Cashiers who have achieved the minimum amount of points to train for Cook.

Cook: These people work in the kitchen in preparing and cooking the food that is listed on a customer’s order.

Experienced Cook: These people are Cooks who have achieved the minimum amount of points to train for Shift Leader.

Shift Leader: These people are able to work both behind the register and in the kitchen, and are able to receive upvotes.

Management Intern: These people have received 5 upvotes, and are being taught how to become an excellent member of Management.

Management

Training Assistant: These people assist in training staff members, they also assist in game moderation when needed.

Restaurant Supervisor: These people assist with supervising the workflow of the restaurant. They will also supervise trainings to eventually learn how to host themselves. These users have the ability to rank in trainings, if that permission is granted by the host.

Assistant Manager: These people assist General Managers, they are advised to host trainings at scheduled times, and rank users that have passed (or let a supervisor rank them).

General Manager: These people work as the leading manager of Shakes. They are advised to host trainings, rank users at trainings, and supervise the workflow. These people also teach upcoming management interns.

Executives (Corporate)

Corporate Intern: These people are new to the Corporate or Executive department, they are the first to learn on their own, and will often host events.

Corporate Officer: These people have worked hard as a Corporate Intern to achieve a milestone of being the commanding officer of Liberty, other than those above them. They host events, trainings, supervise workflow.

Senior Vice President: These people are in charge of the operations and handling of the workflow, responsible for ensuring privacy and security of all operations.

Corporate Vice President: These people are in charge of the operations and handling of the executives and management. They are responsible for ensuring activity and security of all executives and management.


Ranker: Only for Ranking purposes

Developer: Only for developer purposes

Chief of Operations: The assistant to the President, who is in charge of commanding and leading all operations.

President: The commander and leader for all of Shakes operations.
