Terms & Services of Shamrock Company
By joining any game that is connected with Shamrock Company, you have agreed to follow our Terms of Service, along with ROBLOX Terms of Services, and also understand that we have full rights to terminate/ban/blacklist and/or punish you, for any such reason provided. Our terms of services can change without any update and/or notification.
What is Shamrock's company?
Shamrock company is a moderation service to protect our players’ experience from trollers, exploiters/hackers, and general rule breakers. We enforce Shamrock Company ToS (Terms of Service) and ROBLOX ToS (Terms of Service). We are here to prevent any distribution in the gameplay experience. We are not connected and/or affiliated with ROBLOX.
Important note about our reporting system
Reporting importance
Our reporting system doesn’t connect with ROBLOX, and/or should trump/override ROBLOX’s reports. We always advise and/or direct players to report any players who break ROBLOX ToS (Terms of Services) to ROBLOX and then report it to us. (Shamrock Company)
Proof standards
We will not and can not use ChatLogs as proof due to fact, we will generally can not gain access chatlogs unless we are in your server and/or game. We will do allow links from any image website and/or Youtube. Please note; general players can NOT access and/or view any proof/evidence giving us, only players/users over age 13 and work for Shamrock Company can view and/or see any proof/evidence.
S.1. Advertising isn’t allowed on games/products/projects at any time unless having the permission of the Administrative Department of Shamrock Company.
S.2. Exploiting/Hacking
Any type of exploits that can ruin a player’s experience on our games/products/projects is strictly prohibited if found using exploiting will lead to an action listed in S.6. Exploits/hacks such as speed, flying, aimbot, inserting things will lead to a blacklist. Read S.5 for information on who can do some of these powers.
S.3. Cyberbullying/Threats/Harassment
This is a serious problem everywhere in the world. We prohibit naming calling, harassment, threats to cause harm to self, or others.
S.4. Inappropriate topics
Prohibit real-life politics, and messages that are not PG-13 (Friendly Family). This also includes online dating (OD).
S.5. Who has access to special powers?
Our Moderation Department has the power to fly, invisible, hide name tag (overhead), instant teleport (Teleporting without permission). They have no access to any tools that can harm/damage a player at any time. If they do find a way to report it to our support bot on Comms (Listed below). Please gain proof, so can take proper action.
S.6. Trolling
Trolling may lead to termination, vary severely of the troll.
Trolling can lead to a warning, but not limited to termination with can appeal permissions.
S.7. Alting
Alting is a form of evading/evasion a punishment. When someone alts and/or alting, they log in to another account and/or make a new account to join the game and continue breaking the rules and/or Terms of Services. All alts will be terminated and remove their rights and/or permission to appeal.
S.8. Punishments
S.8.1. Demotion
Rank can be lower/demote(d). Limited to 10 full ranks.
S.8.2. Kick
This is not a termination from our services (Ban/Blacklist) nor silence, you will be able to rejoin the game.
S.8.3. Temporary muted/silence
This prevents you from chatting on our services. Limited to 2 weeks, not limited to pending for termination from our services.
S.8.4. Termination from our services with appeal permissions
Being terminated from our services prevents you from using/joining/playing with anything connected with Shamrock Company. This action is also known as a ban/blacklist. You can appeal your termination at an assigned game, which you get teleported to when you join any of our games while terminated. Having permission to appeal, allows you to have a second chance to use our services. This our second highest punishment that can do on any player that uses our services.
S.8.5. Termination from our services without appeal permissions
Being terminated from our services prevents you from using/joining/playing with anything connected with Shamrock Company. This action is also known as a ban/blacklist. Not having appeal permissions, means your termination was permanent. This generally used the rule they broke is serve, such as exploiting/hacking, major trolling, alting, etc. This our highest punishment that can do on any player that uses our services.
S.8.6. Report to ROBLOX
We are allowed to report you ROBLOX if you break any rules or services of ROBLOX. This can be done by anyone. We will contact ROBLOX directly by online mailing. If it is serious enough to harm someone in real life. We are required to have proof/evidence to this though.
S.8.7. We are allowed to skip punishments or make punishment more serve varies on the case. If excess the limit of punishment we are required to get the permission of the Administrative Department.
S.9. Appeal termination
S.9.1. Appealing termination is ability if you think your termination was unjust and/or wish to have a second chance.
S.9.2. We give generally 95% of terminated players (That wasn’t terminated for Exploiting/hacking and/or alting) with permission to appeal.
S.9.3. Have the permission to appeal is giving with the mindset of this player having the ability to have a second chance to use our services again.
S.9.4. We also understand we are humans and we make mistakes, but we will not remove someone’s termination if they never learned from their mistakes.
S.9.5. We have the right to take away this permission for any such reason.
Report any incident that breaks our ToS (Terms of Services) or ROBLOX can be reported by saying “:report”, “/e :report” also can be accessed on the panel menu. Our reports are not connected and/or affiliated ROBLOX reports, please report the player to ROBLOX before doing reporting to our Moderation Department.
