My game has randomly stop locking to the cursor to the center of the screen while shift lock is enabled unless you hold down RMB. I have not made any scripts that affect the cursor of camera, and output does not display any error messages.

alright, so I see that you have some GUIs. However, UIs have a property called “modal” which when enabled and when the UI is visible, will make it so that the mouse can’t get locked (first person or shift lock), I believe you have turned on that option for at least one of the visible UIs.
