Just a few ships that have been made for an FTL adventure known as “Cosmos” I have enjoyed watching the game develop over the years and have taken part in sponsoring and making a few occasional pieces here and there for them. Hopefully having fully integrated cameos from both Cosmos and my game ATI in the near future.
The game is getting past its early stages and is moving on to a larger picture integrating full story lines for this FTL adventure with a vast amount of lore included in the game itself. I’m excited to see this game kick off. So here are a few ship designs for the game.
The majority of the ships are created by one of the builders from both my game ATI and of course Cosmos, which are utilized by the galaxy’s dominating military faction known as the United Expanse Coalition Navy (UECN) The last one is a Drone created by me that makes appearances in an area of the game called the “Void”.
Currently the players utilize low poly ships and you see these as possible foes in the background and we could really use any insight and opinions on the ships, and the game itself. Still in the early stages, but as a concept I think the game is rather cool and unique for the site.
Those are such cool ships! You’ve built them really well! I don’t really have any feedback, as I am a building noob, but I think the only thing I can say is: AMAZING!
Thanks, I’ve only built the last one. However the guys on the team much appreciate the user feedback. You think there is anything we can improve on? Right now we are keeping the low poly aesthetic and the ships will be getting some slight adjustments here soon.
I reckon maybe a bit more texture in some places could be good! Maybe a few more guns, and windows, and maybe add stripes of colour down the front of some of the long ones, as it kinda lacks a bit of texture. Google Star Wars and Star Trek ships, as that could give you some really good ideas! Maybe like this?
Maybe if there is like different like you know empires/clans on your game, they could have Their colours on the ships? Just an idea!

There has been long debate on whether or not to add external lights and paneling to make it look nicer or to just stick with a more flat design. As for the “clans” are concerned this is more of a singular naval force in design and was inspired more so by the steel paint used on modern naval vessels.
We will definitely take your thoughts into consideration for the future revisions.
