Shirt Not Uploading

Hello! So I have been trying to upload this shirt template for about a day now, but it won’t upload. I have tried giving it time, using different shirt templates, etc, but it still won’t upload. (I originally used the roblox template)

Is the template of yours saved as a .png and is the dimensions correct? It must be 585x559 (585 wide and 559 tall) or the upload fails. Refer to this guide on the developer site for more details.
