Q1) I have safechat. Can I apply for Trainee?

  • Yes you can! We do permit Trainees - Senior Baristas (only) to have a safechat.

Q2) Are there any timezone restrictions for MR/HR?

  • Yes, you must be one one of the following timezones: UTC -1, UTC +0, UTC +1, UTC +2, UTC +3. If you faily to be in one of the named timezones, your application will be instantly counted as failed.

Q3) Does Shopios refund?

  • No, Shopios does not refund at all. We have added the disclaimer about refunds on every gamepass page.

Q4) How do I get a job?

  • You just have to find some time to fill out an application form in our Careers.

Q5) How to get promoted?

  • At the moment the only way for a promotion is a hard work, soon we are going to introduce the points system for Baristas. In order to get promoted you have to earn ceratin ammount of points.
