Should I continue

Should I continue working on my experience? Wanderlands RPG (launched February 2023) – The experience has seen it’s impressions, but never gained traction. In the past – I’ve been extremely dependent on legacy Sponsored Ads to keep the game afloat, at my expense.

It has been over a year since I released Wanderlands RPG to the public. As the project ages, I fear my chances at any form of success are plummeting. Am I wrong for thinking this way?

Although I really enjoy working on the project – Every time I’ve attempted at bringing the game up, something very bad happens, or nothing happens at all. :frowning_with_open_mouth:

I’d love to hear some feedback and thoughts on whether I should continue or not.

If you still enjoy working on it, then I don’t see a reason to quit. It might be demotivating to work on a game that’s not getting much traction, but you’ve already gotten 1 million+ visits.

Maybe have some sort of gameplay element that keeps players coming back to your game? Like a daily spin, or a reward, or something that keeps players engaged and coming back to your game.

Regardless, I think you should keep working on it if it makes you happy, if you feel the need to move on to a different project, then don’t hesitate to do so, do whatever makes YOU happy, not other people. (still listen to your community, though…)
