People literally just sit and afk all night in my game mining ores or killing monsters for xp. I expected premium playtime to by high because of this but it’s pretty much nothing.
Is it better to have people playing my game all night afk but beating the game with little effort or should I do something about it?

Are the AFK farmers actually buying gamepasses/developer products?
If not, then you should probably consider placing restrictions on farming for resources. You could possibly have monsters only spawn in after a certain period of time, or you could close off the mine periodically.

If it doesn’t impact other players, it shouldn’t matter. If that’s how some people like to play, then I personally don’t see why anyone would have an issue with it.
If you’ve got some kind of in-game economy or global leader boards that could be affected by idlers/botters, then you should probably do something to prevent them from ruining the game for others.
One approach is to allow idle playing while rewarding active playing, so that actively playing for e.g. 2 hours a day outperforms idle playing/botting for 24 hours a day. Perhaps with some kind of mechanic that requires players to interact in a complex manner? Or some type of skill-based gameplay that is hard for bots to do?
