So I would like to know other peoples opinion on the window design with this more low poly style with windows or if I should keep it without white lines.

Looks way better when there is white lines on the window, it gives you that cartoonish touch.
Keep it the same. It looks way better as it is white. Unless you change it to a nice smooth Grey color I think that would look nice.
Overall, the windows seem pretty simple, they look good though! I recommend adding some more support within them (seen in the image below).
Or you can either go for more of detailed look.
Either way, either of these styles may not fit the build, but I do recommend adding supports for the windows.
