Shouldn’t I have a keyboard?

Today I noticed DevFourm was extremely hard to navigate on my iPad and it involved my keyboard not showing up preventing me from making topics or replying to them which forced me to use Safari instead of the DevFourm web app

Repro: unknown it just happened doesn’t need to have steps to reproduce you need an iPad and you need to add DevFourm to your Home Screen

when I started experiencing this: a few days ago
Device and OS: iPad (10th Generation) on iPadOS 17.3

ROBLOX Does need a mobile version of the ROBLOX DevForum.

Agree. The web app provided by them is horrible all the time. I multitask it, this weird white or black (indicating light and dark mode on my iPad) bar appears. I screenshot a DevFourm bug, that bar appears again

The PWA is notorious for stuff like this, especially on iOS. What happens when you change the user agent string to desktop mode? Is that even possible?

No it’s not. You can’t do that on iOS

You can do that in Safari and Chrome in mobile

I think you should just rely on the base site instead of a PWA
