The second last and the last one is really amazing but the first one, the sky is to much grey color

The outside/terrain is kinda plain, you should add to it. Other than that it’s great!
I love the detail you have in the pictures, especially the gas station. However, an abandoned town will not have electricity so I do not know how the gas pump screen is lit up. I would also spice the map up with textures of cracks in the road and more of the rust texture used in some places (this will make it look more abandoned for the player to experience). The nature you have included in your map seems like it’s being regulated by the municipality (however this town is abandoned) (especially the placement of trees). I would add more random bushes or stems popping out of road crevasses to make it looks more abandoned, and natural eating over these ruins.
Other than that, great work!

Why is the screen so blurred? If you’re trying to make a sandstorm effect, you might want to add some sand-coloured overlays as well (maybe search the web for some inspiration). It would also be helpful to remove the blur for these showcase photos so that we can better see and review the actual buildings.
Also, on the first picture, I see a corner on the sky in the background. Making sky out of a large cube doesn’t look very clean; I think you’d be better off making a real skybox that has the texture you want.
Aside from those things, the build is decent and functional. I also love to see part-based terrain every once in a while (which you’ve done well), because Roblox’s terrain service is visually sub-par.
The sand is a bit too yellow, consider turning it down. The foliage also looks out of place, since this is a desert. Keep the trees, but perhaps reduce the bushes. Additionally, try adding atmosphere to your game.
That being said, it’s a very nice map. I’d like to play whatever game you’re planning to make
