Shuji is a Japanese Teahouse situated on the coast of the Okinawa Islands. With our unique atmosphere, customers can receive an unforgettable experience. We aspire to exude an inspiring ambiance of Japan and its culture via its flavorful desserts and beverages. We work progressively to exceed our customers’ high expectations and ensure that everyone feels welcomed and satisfied with our service.
Terms of Service
Experience Attire
All outfits worn in our experiences should remain socially acceptable and somewhat appropriate. We leave some leeway with this regulation, no matter if it is still enforced.
Social Limits
We understand jokes and enjoy your time with your friends, however we want to keep everyone comfortable. Refrain from excessively spamming in the chat as well as refrain from coming to the experience just to ruin it for others. As well, make sure to treat people how you would expect to be treated.
Exploiting
We have no tolerance policy for exploiting in our experience as it causes our development to take damage along with it will ruin the experience for other players.
Common Sense
Always think before any action you take, if it’s something you think would get you in trouble: simply don’t do it!
Partnership Information
Requirements
If you have gained interest in forming an official partnership with Shuji, you are expected to meet our set requirements which will be located below. These expectations are in place for reasons, failing to meet them will result in an automatic denial. We look forward to hearing from you!
- As of applying, the group must have a minimum of 100 members.
- As of applying, the discord must have a minimum of 150 members.
- The corporation must have an exceptional standing within the community.
- There should be no records of your group placing fake members, selling management ranks, and things of the sort.
- The corporation must show activity and a welcoming community.
- The group is required to fall under the following genres: Restaurant Industry, Resort Industry, Clothing Industry, or Gameshow Industry, exceptions can be made depending on the circumstances.
- The corporation is required to be willing to publicly announce important events directed by Shuji.
- The corporation must be able to provide 2 - 4 representatives.
Application
If your group does meet these expectations set by us, please contact us if interested! We advise that prior to contacting us, you dedicate effort into your application and brainstorm it, be creative! Ensure that you provide excessive detail within the application and use a high standard of language to ensure we understand you. Appeal Information
Here at Shuji, we believe in giving second chances. If you believe you were either wrongfully punished or believe that you have changed we are open to allowing you back into our community. If you are welcomed back into the community and continue the behavior, you will not be permitted to appeal again. The questions stated below should be answered and emailed to appeals@shuji.us
- What action will you take to ensure your behavior will not be repeated?
- Why should your application be taken into consideration?
- Has at least one week passed since your punishment was distributed?
- Do you agree to follow all regulations and follow all morals pertaining to Shuji in future instances, as well as not repeat your actions?

Have you been wondering about your responsibilities, or how to get promoted? This document should answer your question. It will include rank names, new responsibilities, player limit, and any additional information. Unless stated, roles above another role withhold the same responsibilities.
President
The President is the Founder of Shuji Corporation and handles all executive duties pertaining to the community. The general duty of the President is to handle all executive decisions along with development of the experiences.
Vice President
The Vice President is the Co-Founder of Shuji Corporation and handles all executive duties pertaining to the management aspect. They are the executive assigned to one of our departments and are responsible for handling all oversight regarding them.
Presidential Assistant
The Presidential Assistant is responsible for the leadership aspect of our departments. They are assigned to make sure our experiences run smoothly along with making sure we can keep growing our community.
Developer
Developers are our engineers for our experiences and handle all issues regarding the Creative Department including bugs, suggestions, player experience, and more!
Human Resources Officer
Human Resources Officers are corporate team members assigned to the department. They handle all internal issues within the management team as well as the corporate team. They make sure that all staffing operations run smoothly.
Public Relations Officer
Public Relations Officers corporate team members assigned to the department. They handle all external issues regarding the look and experience of the corporation and players. They ensure we reach the highest quality and never before seen experience when you spend time with us.
Manager
Managers are the seniors within the management team and are looked up to by their peers for their consistent activity and dedication to the team. They’re permitted to begin an internship within a department assigned to them whilst completing their management duties as well.
Assistant Manager
Assistant Managers complete the duties assigned to the senior management team. They host shifts at the teahouse for staff members and host training sessions so that more players can learn how to be a staff member. They are permitted to begin learning about an assigned department.
Supervisor
Supervisors complete the duties of the management team. They moderate our experiences and ensure that our staff members are enjoying their time as best as they possibly can. They’ve worked hard from Teahouse Assistant for their rank and are prepared for the senior management team.
Teahouse Assistant
Teahouse Assistants complete general duties within the management team. They are responsible for assisting moderating the experiences and training aspiring staff members to enjoy their time here as best as they can.
Staff Intern
Staff Interns are responsible for assisting the management team through training to learn the ropes so that they can progress further. They are to watch the management team members moderate the game as well as progress through their internship to become a full management employee.
Senior Barista
To achieve this rank, you are required to reach 500 Worker Experience Points. They are the seniors on the staff team and have worked hard at the teahouse to achieve this rank. They are now eligible for an internship within the staff team.
Barista
To achieve this rank, you are required to reach 250 Worker Experience Points. They have learned the ropes of the staff team and continue to serve our customers well. They are preparing for eligibility to receive an internship for the staff team.
Junior Barista
To achieve this rank, you are required to pass a training session as well as our automated interview process. They are officially prepared to start serving customers and providing them with the utmost of care.
Awaiting Training
To achieve this rank, you are required to pass our automated interview process. They are not staff members yet, however they’re on their way once they pass one of our training sessions.
Business Partner
Business Partners hold our representatives that are welcomed from other corporations that have formed a partnership with us.
Noted Customer
Noted Customers are notable members within the industry or community. The only way of achieving this rank is by being ranked by one of the Founders of the corporation.
Customer
This rank is achievable once you join our group.

Here at Shuji, we host training sessions very frequently throughout the week. However, please be aware that it is possible for a session to be canceled as our senior management have events they must partake in as well. We have sessions schedules depending on the section of the week, the schedule can be found below:

Staff Intern Guidebook
The Human Resources Department at Shuji is constantly looking for dedicated staff members willing to dedicate themselves to the management team. The first step of becoming a management team member is to complete our internship process whilst being a Staff Intern. To be promoted to Staff Intern you are required to be noticed at the teashop by Human Resources Officers for your hard work, more to the process will be learned once that is achieved. We have decided that it would be ethical to provide some tips on how to be noticed better which can be found below:
- Dedicate a minimum of 60 minutes a day at the teashop.
- Be active in our discord community server.
- Use grammar and proper spelling when interacting with other players.
- Utilize professionalism at all times when interacting with customers.
- Make friends, interact with other staff members to enjoy your time in the community.
- Interact with our management team members, they don’t bite!
