Code of Conduct

The Code of Conduct is an organised set of guidelines we expect each player to follow in-game. A direct violation of the Code of Conduct may result in consequences.

Clothing

At Shuji, we are open to allowing players to wear whatever they like in order to express themselves on the Roblox platform. However, we do not permit the use of inappropriate or disruptive clothing, that directly violates the Roblox Community Standards. You will be asked to take it off, with possible consequences if you do not comply.

Disruptive Behavior

We strive to promote a carefree and enjoyable experience to all of our players at Shuji. We do not tolerate any form of disruptive or disrespectful behavior towards another player. Doing so will result in action being taken against you.

Advertising

Advertising another group or service is highly discouraged and will result in action being taken against you. Scams and more serious violations of this code will result in harsher consequences.

Exploiting & Misuse

Exploiting of any form will result in an permanent ban from our games. Additionally, misuse of our games such as by glitching, may result in a ban taking place.

Other

Our Code of Conduct has been made to cover many of the guidelines that we have in place in-game. Any violation that falls under one of these categories will result in action taking place. Each player is expected to follow a standard of abiding to the Roblox Terms of Use and Community Standards.

Rank Information

Customer

A member of the group. Able to join the teahouse and apply for Trainee.


Notable Customer

Friends of Ownership, users who are well-known in the community.


Contributor

Users who helped with any version of Shuji.


Trainee

After applying at our in game application center, Trainees are now ready to attend training. Basics of becoming a Trainee will be explained at training.


Junior Barista

After passing training, Junior Baristas are now able to work at the teahouse. In order to be promoted onto the next rank you will have to obtain a specific amount of points in the game.


Barista

Gaining a specific amount of points in the game, you’ve been promoted to Barista. In order to be promoted onto the next rank you will have to obtain a specific amount of points in the game.


Senior Barista

Gaining a specific amount of points in the game, you’ve been promoted to Senior Barista. In order to be promoted onto the next rank you will have to obtain a specific amount of points in the game.


Head Barista

Gaining a specific amount of points in the game, you’ve been promoted to Head Barista. Working until noticed by any HR+ who’s able to promote you once the notice has been outvoted within our Human Resources Department.


Management Intern

You’ve been noticed for your hard work at the teahouse. You will undergo a week trial system.


Teahouse Assistant

After passing our trial system, you are officially a part of our Management Team. You’re able to host shifts and train at training sessions.


Supervisor

Your hard work and positivity has shown, you now have obligations that need to be met weekly. You’re able to host shifts and train at training sessions.


Assistant Manager

You’re now able to host shifts and host at training sessions. Up to this point, you’ve shown that you’re more than capable of handling the job and supervising the teahouse.


Manager

Last Management rank. All lower ranks will be looking up to you and reaching out for help and assistance as you are more aware of the teahouse and expectations.


Executive Assistant

First department role and HR rank. In order to ensure activity and commitment to their current position, members of this function will be assigned to either the Human Resources or Public Relations departments, where they must fulfill their responsibilities on a regular basis.


Executive Officer

Co-Lead of their prospective department. Users at this level have been apart of their department for a significant amount of time and are familiar with the expectations & operations that their department is responsible for. They have been carefully selected to assist their respective Lead ensuring all department operations within Shuji run smoothly.


Executive Director

Lead of their prospective department. Users at this level have been with Shuji for a long time and are completely familiar with all aspects of our everyday operations. Working closely with the Leadership Team, they partake in decisions and running the department ensuring all department operations within Shuji run smoothly.


Vice President

Overseer of their prospective department. Users with this position have been precisely selected by the Leadership Team and are entrusted in being a part of the Leadership Team of Shuji. They ensure their department members are collaborating well with one another and are producing the best result for Shuji. Working closely with the Leadership Team, they ensure Shuji continues to fulfill its vision & mission in being a welcoming & engaging community in the industry.


President

Overseer of both Human Resources and Public Relations departments. Individuals at this rank have the complete trust of the Leadership Team in running Shuji as its entirety. Overseeing every aspect of the industry, they ensure both departments are running smoothly and partake in major decisions within the company.


Co-Owner

Co-Owner of the establishment. This rank is unobtainable.


Owner

Owner of the establishment. This rank is unobtainable.

Alliance Guide

We truly appreciate and welcome your interest in collaborating with our establishment. We are genuinely excited about the possibilities that two groups may achieve together. In order to form a partnership with us, you must match our criteria. Please read below for what is expected of the group before you fill out an application.

Requirements

  • 900 ROBLOX Group Members
  • 350 Discord Members
  • No Management+ Ranks sold
  • Professional Staff
  • Active Community
  • Your group must be an establishment (eg. gameshow, clothing, cafe, etc.), we do not form partnerships with military groups.
  • No negative history

Questions

Upon applying, please make sure to have the following questions answered on a Google Document. After completing the document you can either send it to a member of our Public Relations Department, or create a ticket under the Public Relations toggle in our #support channel. 1. Once this is completed, we will determine whether we believe the group is a suitable partner for Shuji.
