As a Roblox developer, it is currently too hard to shut down all servers in a game with multiple places. It’s a hassle to have to find every connected place and shut them down one by one.
It would be convenient to have a button to shut down all servers for a game including servers on other connected places.
To add on to this, a shutdown and update context option like Save to Roblox or Publish Place / Publish Place As in studio would be good as well. If your intention is to release an update to take effect immediately.
It doesn’t do it from the actual game page, if it does it one place and not the other then that should be fixed because it isn’t obvious. Eg. a button that says “Shut down all servers for this game” and one that says “Shut down all servers for this place” in the place page for each connected place.
I can see why you suggest this, but, each place is not the game. It makes more sense that managing the whole universe is located under “Games” on the create page rather than each individual place. “Configure game” can be accessed through each place however so it may be better to have shutdown located under that tab for the universe.
Considering the button says “Shut down all servers” in both places but they do different things, that could be improved. The whole thing is rather confusing right now because as you said, some options are shared between the place page and the create page but not all are. If all options were available in both places, that would make a lot more sense, or at least put the game options under the starting place’s page.
