Hello Foundation Personnel and Test Subjects, this is the speech for the O5 Executive Command that happens triennially. These are the speeches sent by some of the O5 Councillors:
Speech I
Hello Foundation personnel, The time has come for an Overseer executive.
I believe this foundation has great potential to grow and thrive, so it is very impotent for us to have an Overseer executive so here what I’ll be doing.
#1 We need to build a wall.
#2 I will be approving guide lines.
#3 I’ll be making sure no corruption in the HC is done, all Level-3 promotions will be approved by the whole Overseer council, and any HC will be removed if needed.
#4 I’ll improve the quality of the foundation as a whole.
#5 We’ll make [Deleted]'s foundation pay for the wall
