Update: It is just one of the places in the experience that does not shutdown, it is a multi-place experience.

The “main place” servers restarts properly while other places in the experience does not restart.

Found that there was a new menu in the creator dashboard to shut down specific places, that worked.

This case is solved.

I’d argue that this is still not solved and is unintended behaviour, it is expected that shutdown all servers on the game page will do just that, shutdown all servers. The fact that even setting the experience to private apparently doesn’t fix this is worrying.

Thanks for the report! Could you provide a place id?

It was this experience: [UPDATE] Samsung Space Tycoon - Roblox

The “sub-place” that did not restart has ID: 10128053145

I think you broke a Copyright law by using the Official Samsung Copyright in your game description.

It is a official Samsung experience, so it is them who writes the description :grinning:

Now we got the same issue where servers refuse to restart while testing the dev place for the same experience, not even from the “Creator Dashboard”.

Thank you! We filled a ticket in our internal database
