Inside of our public handbook, you’ll be able to unlock all of the important information to be a productive member of Sidesa’s community. If you have any questions about the content found inside of this public handbook, ensure to message a member of our Corporate Team+ for the most resourceful answers.
Sidesa Regulations
When you’re at Sidesa, we want to ensure that you’re having an enjoyable and memorable experience. With this being said, we have certain regulations kept in place to ensure we deliver happiness to all of our Customers. Failure to abide by the regulations will result in a punishment being issued to you form the appropriate party.
§ Respectfulness
When within our server, you must respect anyone and everyone. This additionally means that if there’s bad blood between you and another member, don’t engage.
§ Professionalism
Inside of Sidesa, we want all of our members to have fun. But you must be professional to an extent, any unprofessionalism from anyone will not be tolerated.
§ Mature Content
Under no circumstances do we allow NSFW (Not Safe for Work) content at Sidesa. Minor swearing is fine in our server, however there is no slur usage tolerated.
§ Advertisements
Any sort of advertising in Sidesa is not allowed. Doing any form of advertising (including DMs) will result in you receiving an appropriate punishment.
§ Roblox and Discord TOS
You’re always required to follow Roblox’s TOS and Discord’s TOS before interacting on Sidesa’s platforms. Not abiding by these will result in a punishment.
Department Information
Within Sidesa, we have two different departments in which Corporate Team member specialize within. With this being said, this portion of the public handbook will serve as a breakdown on how the directory should work.
Staffing Department
The Staffing Department at Sidesa is in-charge of all day-to-day operations, the management of the Staff Team+ and ensuring that we’re operating at the most efficient capacity. If you have any staff, employment or operations related questions - contact a member of the Staffing Department.
Relations Department
The Relations Department at Sidesa is in-charge of all affiliated partners, public outreach, events and other community-oriented things that take place at Sidesa. If you have any affiliate, event or community-oriented questions - contact a member of the Relations Department.
Training Information
For training sessions at Sidesa, we operate inside of the EST (Eastern Standard Timezone) for all of our group’s day-to-day operations. This means that all of our training sessions will be hosted within that timezone too. To check when a training session is being hosted, check out our session schedule below.
Affiliated Partnerships
At Sidesa, we’re always open to making new friends! Located below is an index of important information that you’ll need to utilize if you’re interested in forming an affiliated partnership with Sidesa. If you have any questions, contact a member of the Relations Department.
For an exception on the affiliation requirements, please message a member of the Relations Department for more information. We’ll need to extensively review your group and ensure that it’s worth granting an exception of our requirements for.
Affiliate Requirements
→ You must have 500 non-botted group members.
→ You must have 100 non-botted server members.
→ You must have two representatives in Sidesa’s server at all times.
→ You cannot sell Management Team ranks or administrative commands.
→ You must be willing to shout Sidesa’s events and other affiliated events.
→ You must agree to always follow our regulations and meet our requirements.
→ You cannot be of a military group, fan group, etc. You must be within the roleplaying industry.
When it comes to sending Sidesa an affiliation application (assuming you’ve met all requisites) - you’ll need a neatly formatted Google document. You’ll then need to answer all of the required questions below and send them to a member of the Relations Department at Sidesa. After confirmation of receiving your affiliation application, you should receive an answer within the next 72 hours (3 days).
Affiliation Application
→ What’s your groups name? Provide us with your group link and a non-expiring server invitation.
→ How can your group benefit Sidesa and vice versa?
→ What makes your group different from others in its industry?
→ Define your group’s perception of the word ‘partners’.
→ Who are the two representatives of your group? We need their Roblox and Discord usernames.
→ Do you agree to follow all of Sidesa’s regulations at all times?
→ Do you understand we can fail your affiliation application for any reason we find necessary?
