Sigma Hotels Ranks explanations:
NR Ranks:

Guest: Guests are non-group member, they are always welcomed in our hotel, but they are expected to follow Sigma Hotels rules, Roblox TOS and Roblox community rules

Hotel Guest: They are group members but do not have any perms, they are always welcome in our hotel.

Noted Guest: Noted Guests, are mostly former staff, or friends of a member of the SHR Team, they are always welcome at Sigma Hotels.

Suspended: Suspended rank is for staff who abused of their privileges, or who broke a rules (rude, AA, cuff abuse, unfair promotion/demotion, etc…)
LR Ranks:

Trainee: Trainees are not staff members but are considered LR, they are waiting to be trained to become a staff member, they are expected to follow staff rules.

Security: Security Officers receive cuffs at the hotel, they keep safe the hotel from trollers, exploiters or any abusers, this is the 1st rank who can help during training.

Receptionist: Receptionists are responsible of checking in/out NRs with the check-in system (CheckMeIn), they are responsible for welcoming NRs in our hotel.

HouseKeeping: HouseKeepers are responsible of keeping the hotel and rooms clean, they can stand before the HouseKeeping desk to wait for a guest who needs their room cleaned, or clean the hotel, they receive a vacuum and a spray.

Barista: Baristas are behind the bar, they wait for guests, and serve them, with drinks or foods.
SLR Rank:
- Head Of Service: Head of Services are higher than LRs, they are considered “Senior Lower Rank”, they can’t be kicked for excess during training, they can do all LRs jobs.
MR Ranks:

Hotel Advisor: Hotels Advisors, are responsible for overseeing guests, SLRs and LRs, this is the 1st rank allowed to train during training, they receive mod, they can report users, and abusers.

Supervision Team: Supervisions Team, have to supervise the hotel, guest and staffs, they can help guests who have an issue, train during training, etc…

Assistant Manager: They are allowed to co-host shifts and supervising other MRs, they are expected to be able to handle any issues.
SMR Rank:
- General Manager: General Managers, are Senior Middle Rank and they are allowed to host shifts and to co-host training, they are expected to be extremely professional since they are practising to become HR.
HR Ranks:

Corporate Officer: Corporate Officers is the 1st HR rank, this rank is for the most dedicated Genera Managers. They can host training, suggest promotions, and supervise Staffs.

Staff Management Team: Staff Management Team, how their name suggests it, have to Manage staffs, they need to know how to handle a stressful situation, such as raids, major abuses, AAs.

Employment Director: Employment Directors are able to oversee during training, they have Super Admin in the TC, and are able to permanently ban in this last. Employment Directors are trusted by the majority of the SHR Team, due to the responsibilities of this rank.

Executive Director: Executive Director is the last HR rank, they can promote and demote, they have many perms, such as pban in the hotel, they are expected to keep the hotel and the TC safe, they can also review applications from the Application Center.
SHR Ranks:

Administration Team: How their name suggests it, AT have to do administrative stuff, such as banning, demoting, promoting, etc… They are trusted by the Chairwoman and collaborate with other SHRs.

Development Team: Development Team, are hired by the Chairwoman and approved by the HC council (Boards of Directors, Chairpersons and the Chairwoman), they are allowed to edit the group’s games, and have all perms.

Board Of Directors: Boards Of Directors, are a member of the HC* council, they have all perms, they manage the groups and community stuff, they have the responsibility to keep the hotel safe, this is the last rank achievable here at Sigma Hotels.

Chairperson: Chairpersons are 100% trusted by the Chairwoman, they have all perms and are a member of the HC council, they help the Chairwoman to manage sensible cases, and important administrative stuff.

Chairwoman: This rank is reserved for Aethersthetix, the group owner, the Chairwoman has the responsibility of keeping the hotel safe, keeping the group safe, and manage all stuff about this last, this rank is not achievable and have all perms.
