Not sure if its good and all, But I was kinda Doubtful with the outcome. I manage to make a bloom effect by using Cycles.
Let me know your thoughts about it (Words might be helpful 
)

I think the machine design is good, if you add a function to it, I am sure it would look very good

Looks pretty decent, i would recommend you changing the background for a better overall look.
Maybe try adding a forest background (Trees & Grass) at night time with shadows ? It would for sure give this a way better look.
Other than that, the lighting itself looks pretty nice and the model isn’t that bad too.
