While surfing on some game files, I’ve seen some of them (mainly older ones) using a single file for a bunch of different textures, for example:
I’m not sure if this is the correct category for this, but I’ve been wondering recently if do this, it would affect the performance that much, since I got a lot of problems with lag in my recent project, which consist in a huge map.
It would take a lot of time to adjust the UV values of the texture, so I want to know if it’s really worth it.
