Single frame stuttering occurring randomly in games

Hi, I’ve been having this issue on Roblox only, so it must be a Roblox only issue. This happens on every game, so it is not game specific.

Here is a picture of the profiler on the frame this happens:

Seems to be “Present” that is causing this.

System Information:
CPU: Ryzen 7 7800X3D 4.20GHz
RAM: 32GB DDR5
GPU: RTX 4080 SUPER

This shouldn’t be happening with my system, especially since its high-end.
I’ve already tried reinstalling Roblox, and restarting my PC.

Still happening, although I have noticed sometimes it’ll happen a lot more frequently randomly. Sometimes games will be mostly smooth and sometimes it’ll happen a lot more.

Still happening, actually it is happening a lot more at this current momment.

Something new is also causing the stuttering along with Present. This thing called TransferControlToRenderThread.
