Always abide by and follow Roblox’s Terms of Use at all times.
At Siplicity, we ask of you to respect everyone no matter who they are we will not tolerate any forms of harassment, you are also fully allowed to talk about other cafes/groups or other people however do not trash talk them.
Trolling, advertising, spamming or any other forms of causing a disturbance or a nuisance is not allowed.
Exploiting, bypassing, using glitches to your own advantage or the use of macros is not allowed and will result in a permanent ban without appeal.
Raiding any games owned by Siplicity will result in an instant removal to those who participated.
Your avatar must be appropriate in any of our games, any inappropriate attires such as big avatars, clothing that bypasses Roblox’s moderation, outfits that may offend people, are not permitted.
Only MRs and above are allowed to wear clothing designed for them anyone who is Kitchen Leader or below will be met with a possible demotion.
Baristas have the right to deny serving anyone no questions asked, if refusal to abide by this is made the offending user will be punished.
Only MRs are allowed to wear uniforms made for them and only HRs are allowed to wear uniforms made for them, anyone below these ranks will be asked to change within 5 minutes otherwise they will be punished.
Use your common sense some things are obvious, admins have the right to moderate anything they deem inappropriate.

💼 Affiliate Guide

Requirements

You must have a minimum of non-botted 100+ members.
You must have a minimum of non-botted 50+ communication server members.
At least some form of activity.
Shows good professionalism.
A fully functioning group including a Communications Server, Rank Structure and Games.
Must have a good standing with Siplicity and it’s current affiliated.

Applying

If you meet the requirements and wish to apply, join our Communications Server and open a Relations ticket and a Relations Department member will get back to you within 24-48 hours.

When in contact fill these questions out:

What interested you to affiliate with us?
How will you benefit Siplicity?
Could you provide us with some links to your group and communications server?
Please give us a name of a member of your representatives.

Termination

In the case of us seeing your group showing inactivity or unprofessionalism we will terminate the alliance.

✉️ Appeals

Permanent Bans

Once 30 days have passed you may join our Admin Centre to appeal your ban and it will be determined by our Executive Team.

Blacklists

Unless a blacklist is deemed invalid you can not appeal one.

We’re happy you’re interested in either Kitchen Leader or the MR Team! To help you we have put together this quick guide and encourage you to read it through!

Kitchen Leader

Keep an activity of at least 30+ minutes a day in a minimum of 1 week, if you need a break take it!
We don’t require grammar but it will help you a bunch to get noticed by our Executives.
You do not need to be in our communications for this promotion.
DON’T HINT! we see you all working hard and we will notice you.

MR

Keep an activity of at least 30+ minutes a day in a minimum of 2 weeks, if you need a break take it!
At least 13+ (This is for Safe Chat & Communications Server purposes).
We don’t require grammar but it will help you a bunch to get noticed by our Executives.
DON’T HINT! we see you all working hard and we will notice you.
