Site connectivity issues and Studio loading incredibly slowly

The past few days (even prior to the outage) I have been experiencing an issue where the site has been loading fairly slowly and my team create session has been failing to load textures (both base Roblox materials and imported materials/textures). It should be noted that other developers with access to the team create do not have this issue.
I have,

  • Reinstalled Studio multiple times
  • Restarted my internet via unplugging the hardware and restarting the software
  • Cleared the http cache for Studio
  • Cleared the Temp folders for Studio
  • Deleted everything related to Roblox off of my computer and reinstalled

Studio works for the most part, I can access smaller games but they take much longer than usual to load - the game I’m attempting to access is a fairly large game and it begins to load before completely stopping without loading textures and some meshes. When I initially try to launch the game, Studio will begin loading before booting me back to the main Studio menu. When I try launching it again it finally works though the issues with textures still persist. It should also be noted that textures do load on smaller instances but take much longer than usual.

Textures and decals stop loading for me and only me - I’m certain this isn’t a hardware issue as my computer hasn’t been having problems running other programs. I’m not sure if it’s my ISP throttling Roblox for whatever reason (which obviously they shouldn’t be doing that) or some weird issue where my connection is being stifled by Roblox? I don’t know how else to explain it.
The only errors I could find that relate to this are textures failing to load which do not appear on the other developer’s studios.

I might just go through the motions of reinstalling again if I can’t find anything concrete - my internet connection has been completely fine outside of Roblox which is what confuses me.

Did a test with a VPN - the Roblox site loads fine and studio loads fully when it’s turned on. I’m not in a country where Roblox is blocked which is even more confusing as my ISP shouldn’t be blocking data from Roblox.
Marking this as a solution for now so I can make a thread with new details.
