To provide a great experience to our players, sometimes releases can be delayed to ensure the best quality possible. Q: Will there be regular updates and events in the new game?

A: Absolutely! We’re committed to keeping the experience fresh with regular updates and exciting events to keep you engaged and entertained. The development team plans to put out biweekly updates, but this could vary depending on the size of the update. Larger updates will take more time to develop and plan. We have at least an entire year’s worth of updates already planned and we are so excited to share them with you soon!

Q: How can I earn Burger Bux?

A: All players will be paid a check in Burger Bux every in-game day (24m). Your pay varies by your rank and increases as you rank up. Additionally, you will be able to buy Burger Bux. Upon release, this currency will not have much value, however, it will be useful when we introduce driveable vehicles and other in-game items that can be purchased with Burger Bux.

Q: How many experience points (XP) can I expect to receive from working?

A: Please refer to the table below. These XP amounts are subject to change.

Action Amount of XP Obtained
Clean Floor (Janitor) 2 XP
Clean Floor (Janitor) 3 XP
Take Trash to Dumpster (Janitor) 6 XP
Stock Item (Cook) 2 XP (Coming in future update)
Per Item When Order Complete (Cook) 5 XP
Order Delivered (Cook) 5 XP
Order Dropped off at Pickup Counter (Cook) 3 XP
Per Item When Order Complete for NPC (Cashier) 1 XP (Coming in future update)
Per Item When Order Complete for Real Player (Cashier) 2 XP

Q: How many XP will I need for each rank?

A: Please refer to the table below.

Rank Name XP Needed To Obtain
Cashier Nada, needs to pass a training session.
Experienced Cashier) 650 XP
Cook Nada, needs to pass a training session.
Experienced Cook 2,250 XP
Senior Staff Nada, needs to pass a training session.
Shift Leader 3,500 XP
Eligible for Upvotes 4,000 XP

Q: How will my worker points (WP) be transferred into XP?

A: In order to adjust to the new XP system, players who log onto the game will have their worker points multiplied by a specific number based on their group rank. Those who do not do this will have their points start at the minimum amount of points needed for that particular rank. Please refer to the table below.

Rank Name Conversion Rate
Cashier/Exp Cashier Current WP x 4.4
Cook/Exp Cook) Current WP x 7.5
Senior Staff+ Current WP x 6.4

For example, if you needed 150 WP for Exp. Cashier in V4 and had 151 points currently ranked as Exp Cashier, you would join V5 with 665 XP, which is more than enough needed for the rank.

Q: What are upvotes?

A: The upvoting system grants specific management members the ability to note down Shift Leaders who possess the qualities we are looking for in potential new management members. It was used in previous years and we have decided to bring it back! Once a user receives a certain number of upvotes, they will be given a “pop-up” message in-game that notifies them. They will then be contacted by an Executive Officer on our communications server with an application to fill out. Upon passing the application, that user will become a Management Intern and participate in our mentorship program after being paired with a senior member of our management team.

The only way to receive upvotes is to be active in the restaurant game and perform well. We are looking for candidates who are flexible (they work both as a cashier and cook, wherever they are needed), use proficient grammar, know how to enforce restaurant rules, are mature, and do not hint for promotions. If you have consistent activity at the restaurant and work hard, you may be granted with many upvotes!

This system will replace the monthly Management Intern applications we are known for releasing.

Q: How will training sessions work? Do I need to attend training to work in the new game? Am I keeping my current rank?

A: Training sessions will remain mostly the same with a few exceptions. We will release a brand new training center that matches the style of the new game. Additionally, most of the information given to trainees will be in a slideshow format. The company mascots will play as the instructors, and give the information to the employees in a more clear manner with pictures and arrows so that they better understand the material.

Current employees who have already passed their required trainings will not need to be trained again, but there are helpful hints in game that can help you with things like cooking for the first time. As always, our management team will always be available to help you with any questions you may have regarding your position as we transition to this new game.

You will keep your current rank in the new game!

Q: Will my gamepasses that I have in the current game work in the new game?

A: Gamepasses that were purchased in the current game and aren’t discontinued will work in the new game. If a gamepass you own is discontinued, you will receive Burger Bux for the value of that gamepass to buy other in-game items such as cars and other items and when they come out.

The following gamepasses are planned to be discontinued in V5:

  • Private Dining
  • Burger Bar
  • Flares
  • Jetski

Q: Is it possible to receive a refund for gamepasses that are no longer available?

A: Roblox lacks a mechanism enabling developers to process refunds. Even if such a feature existed, a refund wouldn’t be applicable in this case since you’ve already possessed the gamepass for an extended period, receiving its full value. Analogous to real-life store policies where used products can’t be returned, a similar principle is upheld here. However, as a form of compensation for discontinued gamepasses, we’re providing players with Burger Bux equivalent to the gamepass value. This means you may start the game with significantly more Burger Bux than others!

Conclusion

We hope this post helped answer some of your questions. If you have any further questions, feel free to ask them on our communications server or the group wall, and one of our management members or members of the community will help you!

Best Regards,

SilverAuthority and the rest of the SizzleBurger Development Team
