Skateboarding Physics and more

Hello Everyone! I am making a skateboarding game similar to the game “SKATED” (Recommend you check it out before replying). Basically i don’t know if i should use body movers , pure math, constraints (such as hinges, springs, etc)or just a vechile seat with constraints.

The movement in the game feels really natural, aswell as the rotation. While riding up and down slopes you can feel how your board speeds up / slows down depending on if you are going up or down the slope. This leads me to believe they use constraints, because its easier to simulate these physics with them.
