Frequently Asked Questions
Why is the game paid access?
Non-free to play/non-pay to win model. By having the game as paid access it gives us the freedom to focus on making an enjoyable gameplay experience without having to give paying players unfair advantages. There will never be any gamepasses that give players an unfair advantage over non-paying players.
Is the game worth buying right now?
The answer to that question is really up to you. The game is still in very early stages of development (only about 20% complete after 7 months of development) and you’re more than likely to run into bugs or glitches at the moment. Some content and interfaces aren’t fully functional yet. On the other hand you’ll get to experience the game early as a quality assurance tester and help us to create the best experience possible. If possible you should join the server in the social links to report bugs to us.
Are you hiring developers?
We are a small team of developers and contractors. We’re currently looking to add a map concept designer and map builder to the team who can replicate and improve on the games current building style. If you’re interested in applying, send me your portfolio in my DMs.
When will the game price be lowered?
Game access price will lower once the game becomes closer to completion and is ready to be played by larger audiences.
Will the game ever be free?
There’s a chance that the game could become free to play by Summer 2022.
Gameplay Overview
Trick combo system
Tricks are not unlocked. Every trick has a unique key combo sequence. For example to do a Pop Shove-It you must press the Down Arrow Key + the A key on your keyboard at the same time. To do a kickflip the player must ollie first by pressing space bar and then pressing the Left arrow key + the A key at the same time
This system gives newer players the ability to compete with higher level players once we add competitions. Open the orange trick combo app at the top of the user interface in game to view the entire trick list. There are only a small number of tricks in the game currently. Many more tricks coming soon.
Vert skating system
Hold space bar to bend your knees before going up a half pipe. Then release space bar while going up the half pipe to get air. The longer your bend your knees and your speed determines how much air you get. There are still some minor issues that we are working on polishing but overall the system is ready for testing.
Bail system
In order to create a realistic roleplay experience we have included falling off your skateboard (bailing) in the game. It is not perfected yet but this creates added difficulty for things like the fame wanted system, as well as competitions once they’re implemented.

Once the fame wanted timer expires players are rewarded with a base amount of money, xp and fame reputation multiplied by their skater level.
Crime Wanted - Players can swing their board and attack players and npc with their board hold tool to become crime wanted and get chased by police. Evading arrest until the timer expires rewards a base amount of money, XP and crime reputation multiplied by their skater level.

Crews
Creating or joining a crew will include benefits that haven’t been finalized yet. At very least skating in crews will provide added protection from swarms of police as well as protection from other players.
What we do know is that there will most likely be 3 types of crews. Fame crews, crime crews and neutral crews. The owner determines the crew type when they create their crew. Every member in the crew must be of the same reputation or they are not allowed to join/removed from the crew. Neutral crews will allow players to have fame, crime and neutral reputations members in their crew.
Races & Competitions
There will never be any gamepasses, unlocked tricks or in game speed upgrades that give players an unfair advantage over non-paying or new players. The players ability to win competitions and races will be based on their skill at the game. Not just how long they’ve been playing.
