Skill Tree - using the new Roblox UIDragDetector

Hello, this is a skill tree proof of concept and UI design experiment I made.

Uses Object Oriented Programming for each skill assigned in a class manner, CollectionService to gather data if a skill has been bought and references the previous skill if it also has been bought.

UI Drag limitation depending on ViewportSize or screen aspect ratio.

(this was some experiment i cooked within 3 hours nothing much)
