Skinned Mesh Character glitched animations

Okay so I am working on a game that is related to switching between different skinned characters, now my problem is theres this annoying bug where if i dont group and ungroup a custom skinned character, then it will slide around like its walking on ice. Ungrouping and grouping the character again seems to fix the issue but it breaks the fbx animations, the animations go completely crazy and i dont know what to do to fix this, its either the character sliding or the animations breaking.

Okay found a solution to this myself, IF U HAVE THIS ISSUE its because of the group scale/size propriety, it seems like if u change the scale of the group to anything below or above 1 it will break the movement if used as a custom character. SOLUTION : export the rig with a smaller size directly from blender ( its animations as well, make sure theyre all exported with the same size otherwise the animations will break ) and use the custom character with the group scale of 1.
