Skinned mesh character slightly shaking for no reason?

i tried changing the hip height, the character is barely even away from the origin point, no other specific parts have collision besides the rootpart, ive checked the animation and it seemingly plays fine. ive tried looking it up online but couldnt find an answer, and all my friends say they have not experienced this issue before? please help :frowning:

it was infact the hip height, i had it set to 0.3
