Skinned mesh characters not climbing ladders/truss parts properly

Hi, I’m currently testing with playable skinned mesh characters for the first time and it’s going quite well, until I found out that my character starts climbing truss parts from a few steps further than it should.

How big is your HRP?

about the size of the mesh’s torso, it’s a bit hard to see it in the video

Nevermind I found the issue. Somehow the model’s Model.Scale property was set to more than 1.0 which for some reason caused the hitbox to break. I thought I changed it before but oh well.
