if it works in pose mode in blender, it means it’s correct, don’t forget to parent the bones on the model selecting both in object mode (the armature and the model part) and pressing Ctrl+P and select automatic weights (or if you know how to use the other options, use them)
and then just export in .fbx, the model will appear huge when importing to roblox, but it’s just rescale to the size you want.
