Skinned mesh retains pose

I have been trying to figure out how to keep the poses of skinned meshes when not in the animation editor but have been unsuccessful, I was wondering if someone could help me or if there was maybe a script that would help me out?

The trick is that skinned meshes only LOOK like they move. In game, you can play an idle animation in a loop to keep them in that pose. In studio? I don’t think you can.

I give all skinned meshes an idle animation that I play immediately after loading into game.
