My issue is you made no clear attempt to communicate this at all. As I said before I would have been more than forgiving had you just said “hey something’s up I can’t be working”, instead you ignored my messages even months later.

What I’m saying is not “you can’t be taking time off for personal things”. I’m just trying to say you need to be better about communicating.

Gotcha, just that there was no way of communicating I was online rarely because I was in the hostpital.
