This are the official rules, guidelines and overall handbook for Sky-High Trampoline Park on ROBLOX.

Park Rules & Guidelines
The following rules are to be followed by all players at all facilities related to SH.
1. Be Kind to Others - Please respect all Guests and staff.
2. No Spamming - Spamming is strictly not allowed. Mass spamming will result in a permanent ban.
3. Abide All Roblox Rules - Please follow all Roblox rules and Terms of Service.
4. Do Not Troll - Do not troll, it is not allowed at SH.
5. No Online Dating - Online Dating is not allowed.
6. No Swearing - Swearing is not allowed as it is against Roblox’s T&Cs. Attempting to bypass the chat filter also counts as swearing.
7. No Advertising - Do not advertise anything, advertising is not allowed at any time.
8. Wear Appropriate Clothing - Please wear clothing that can be worn in public, and you may not dress with no shirt or no pants, or both.
9. Don’t beg - Earn your ranks!
If any rules broken also break Roblox’s rules, we have the right to report you.
Staff Rules & Guidelines
The following rules are to be followed by all staff at all facilities related to SH.
1. Follow all general guidelines - You are a member of our staff, but still need to follow the general rules everyone else has to.
2. Do not share any explicit or inappropriate content - This is not allowed as you may be sharing content that can be viewed by other people who are not at the age.
3. Use grammar at all times - If you are a worker for Sky-High Trampoline Park, you MUST use grammar in game. This also applies when at any of our allied groups.
4. Do YOUR job - If you are a worker for SH, you MUST do your job and not someone else’s.
5. Don’t be rude or disrespectful - Maintain a friendly relationship with other employees.
Abusive Commands
At Sky-High, we don’t have abusive commands. Every command you have access to is permitted for you to use as long as you use it in the right way.
If you see an MR+ abusing, please DM an SHR immediatelly.
Rank Information
Basic Ranks
1 | Jumper
This is the first rank in the group, new members are automatically Jumpers.
2 | Amazing Jumper
A special rank reserved for special people, e.g. well-known users or allied representatives. Only given to someone by a Chief Executive Officer+.
Low Ranks
3 | Barista
This rank is obtained by passing the Barista application at our center or purchasing it for 99 robux. This rank works behind our cafe to hand out food and drinks to our jumpers.
4 | Security
This rank is obtained by passing the Security application at our center or purchasing it for 99 robux. This rank works with the SR team to catch rule-breakers. Security, Head of Staff and MR+ are the only ranks who can give out warnings.
5 | Cashier
This rank is obtained by passing the Barista application at our center or purchasing it for 99 robux. This rank gives out park tickets to jumpers for their stay. Since they are most commonly talked to by our community, it is substantial that they remain professional and helpful.
6 | Head of Staff
This rank is obtained by passing trainings at our center or purchasing it for 499 robux. This rank leads the LR team, and can do all of the previous rank’s jobs.
Senior Ranks
[Ranks beyond this point can not be bought for Robux. Activity requirements apply to all SR+ to avoid getting reformed.]
7 | Supervising Team
Users within this rank are expected to oversee the park and make sure that all staff are on task. If needed, this role can help out at the front desk.
8 | Management Team
Users in this rank should make sure all staff and jumpers are obeying by the general rules, oversee and manage the park and operations.
9 | Assistant Director
Users in this rank are able to host shifts and trainings, but must stay active to prevent a demotion. Additionally, users should oversee the park and its operations, moderate servers, and ensure all staff are on task.
10 | Board of Directors
This role is the highest senior rank. Users in this rank should moderate all servers, look out and oversee all ranks below them, and be a role model. This is the highest rank obtainable.
Executive Ranks
[The following ranks are unobtainable and manage the group all together.]
- | Group Bots
This rank is not obtainable. Users in this rank are bots that assist with park operations.
- | Chief Executive Officer
This rank is not obtainable. This role is for the CEOs of Tiny Trampoline Park. Users in this rank should moderate all servers, look out and oversee all ranks below them, and be a role model. They assist the owner in managing the group and coming up with decisions for the future of SH.
- | Co Owner
This rank is not obtainable and has a max user count of just one user. This role is for the Co Owner of Tiny Trampoline Park. Users in this rank should moderate all servers, look out and oversee all ranks below them, and be a role model. They assist the owner in managing the group and coming up with decisions for the future of SH.
Remember, no matter what rank you are, you are required to follow all rules which apply to you.
Promotions, Demotions + Strikes
Promotions
For those wondering how you can rank up, check “Rank Classes” which will give you information on the different ranks and how to obtain them. Only MRs can be promoted, and promotions can only be given out by executive ranks.
Demotions
You will only be demoted if you reach three strikes or break a severe rule. In some instances, you may be fired all the way back to Jumper. Any staff rank can be promoted or fired, and demotions can only be given to LRs by an SR, or to SRs by an ER.
Strikes
If a staff member is caught breaking any part of the guidelines, you will be striked. Three strikes show that you are not able to work for us and will be demoted by one rank. Any staff rank can be striked, and strikes can only be given to LRs by an SR, or to SRs by an ER.
