Skybox Reflections in ViewportFrames

Viewport frames should have the option to add skybox reflections, bloom, color correction and blur to them since without them it all looks bad. I myself have to use images to make that possible and take the background out.

It would be amazing if we could just do this with viewports alone and not having to use another app to remove the background and all that.

And let me remind you that images are limited to 1024x1024 which is a very low resolution and will look very pixelated in-game and using multiple images would make it more complicated rather than just using a viewport.

I see no reason why this shouldn’t be added, if you find a reason then please let me know and I will try to respond to it.

Im surprised nobody has replied to this. This would be really useful to have in my game as well and I would really like to see this added

I’ve been waiting for Skyboxes inside ViewportFrames for so long, this will solve so many of my problems. It shouldn’t even be that hard to render.

Im suprised this is not a feature. This is really needed, but I hope it wont be enabled by default if it causes more rendering power. BUT you could always have a baked texture on the actual model itself in the viewmodel. Bassicly it fakes the reflections with a texture.

I can understand the fact that they have bigger priorities, but at least have an admin confirm that they’ll look into this requested feature and add it onto the roadmap for a future update.
