SliceCenter persists on Fit scale type

Overview: SliceCenter is being read even though ScaleType is set to Fit (not Sliced)

Detail: I have an image I was using ScaleType Slice on with a SliceCenter set to an invalid configuration (132,0,132,0). After doing so, I changed the ScaleType back to Fit. This automatically hides the SliceCenter settings, but when the game boots the game is still reading the SliceCenter settings even though the image is not on ScaleType Slice.

Repro:

  1. Make an ImageLabel
  2. Set ScaleType to Slice
  3. Set SliceCenter to an invalid configuration
  4. Set ScaleType to Fit
  5. Boot the game
  6. View the errors of it reading the invalid SliceCenter, even though its on ScaleType Fit now

Expected behavior

SliceCenter should be ignored if ScaleType is not set to Slice

Hi @chickenputty I believe this bug should be fixed now! So, there should be no warnings printed anymore if ScaleType != Slice.

Please let me know if the issue is resolved for you! Thanks!
