I can recommend looking into Motor6D.
Here is a tutorial for plane doors, which is similar to what you are looking for.

What about rotation doors for bus and Streetcars? Doors for Streetcars as tiny ones.

This one’s going to be more complex. I’d recommend using Motor6Ds too and possibly doing this with an animation. If you connect model’s parts with Motor6Ds and put a humanoid in the model, you should be able to animate it with the animation editor. I’ve never tried this but it should work
